GARDEN Café owner Paul Hayes hasn't had much to smile about these past couple of months, but an unexpected visit from a seal certainly provided a brighter moment!

The Lower Lydbrook café has been flooded out and is currently closed.

Paul said: "We had water come into the cafe as early as Christmas day. "We've had trouble on and off since then but last week was bad. We had a foot of water in the restaurant."
