AMBITIOUS plans to revamp Gloucestershire College' s site at Five Acres have been revealed. An independent 27-page pre-feasibility study, commissioned by West Dean Parish Council, suggests that the Berry Hill site could be rejuvenated with an aqua park, hotel with 80 bedrooms, a theatre, a catering college and a business hub or outdoor educational centre. The report endorses the belief held by West Dean Parish Council and the Five Acres is Not for Sale (FANS) campaign group that the area represents 'huge potential for economic growth'.
