THE annual Tutshill Scarecrow Trail comes to a close this weekend.

The trail features 33 scarecrows based on the theme of animal characters from films.

A route map and quiz sheet is available to buy at the Morrison’s Local Shop in Beachley Road with prizes for the most correct answers.

The competition closes at 7pm on Sunday (April 19)

The proceeds will go to local churches, Guide Dogs for the Blind, and Breathe Youth, a charity providing advice, assistance and organised programmes for children and young people in the Forest.

A trail spokesperson said: “We would also like to thank Morrisons Local for selling the quiz sheets, plus Toytastic, The Chepstow Bookshop and Cafe on the Hill for kindly donating prizes.”
