A Forest farmer could be sued after a country walk ended in tragedy.

Solicitors say the family of John Flock, 64, are considering taking civil action over a mystery accident in which he suffered a fatal brain injury.

They spoke out after an inquest into the death of the 64-year-old, who was on holiday in the Forest at the time.
