FIREWORKS will once again light up the night sky above Lydney, as the town prepares for its annual display.

On Thursday, November 5 from 5.30pm, guests will enjoy the sounds of local bands, before the colours of fireworks embrace the darkness of the skies above.

Gates open at 5.30pm at Bathurst Park with low noise fireworks expected to start around 7.10pm, and high noise fireworks expected around 7.40pm.

Entry is £5 for adults, £2 for children aged five to 16, while children under five enjoy free admission. A family ticket is also available for £12 which includes two adults and two children.

This popular event, hosted by Bathurst Park and Recreation Trust, is cash only.
