BUSINESSMAN Graham Wildin is to be served with an enforcement notice - because planners allege he is undertaking major construction work without permission.

Last November, planners received a complaint from a member of the public that unauthorised building work was being carried out at 24 and 24a Meendhurst Road in Cinderford.

Planning officers visited Mr Wildin, owner of the two properties, and told him that the engineering works currently under construction required permission in their own right.
