A 49-YEAR-OLD man was arrested after 100,000 litres of fuel wash was seized at a business park near Coleford last week.

Customs officers investigating New Dunn Business Park in Sling during the three day operation removed suspected fuel laundering equipment, fuel pumps and storage tanks from the site

An HM Revenue and Customs spokesperson said: "A 49-year-old man from the Forest of Dean was arrested on 15 June on suspicion of excise duty offences. He has been interviewed by HMRC investigators and released on bail."

"Around 100,000 litres of illicit fuel were seized from the warehouse unit near Coleford, last week."
