I READ the recent feature in The Forester about Crossroads Care Forest of Dean and Herefordshire and as a daily user of their services I wanted to say how wonderful and caring they really are.
They come to me twice a day and if my husband is away they come up to four times a day.
They reliably arrive on time and are always cheerful, kind and efficient. If it wasn't for them I might have to be in a care home.
At first I was worried about the prospect of having strangers in our home but in no time at all I came to see them as best friends.
