Pensioner Pat Harris was injured in a serious crash on Speech House Road last week has died in hospital.
All the emergency services attended the scene after a Skoda Fabia collided with a tree at around 9.30am on Tuesday, June 19.
Pat, 74, was driving the car and was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital with serious injuries and he sadly passed away in the early hours of Saturday.
His twin sister Shirley, who was a passenger in the car, remains in a stable condition at Frenchay Hospital in Bristol.
Anyone who witnessed the collision but has not spoken to police should call 101, quoting incident 98 of June 19.
