A 69-year-old Redmarley man who broke a temporary 40mph speed limit through the Crickley Hill roadworks near Gloucester has been fined £76.
Jeremy Evans of Little Green, Redmarley, also had three penalty points endorsed on his licence and was ordered to pay a £26 surcharge.
He pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court to exceeding 40mph in a Skoda Octavia on the A417 eastbound at Cowley junction on 5th October last year.
