A 46-year-old Cinderford man caught at the wheel of a BMW in Gloucester while over the cocaine limit has been banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £811 in fines, costs and surcharges.
At Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court Gregory Beard of Church Road admitted driving with excess Benzoylecgnonine in his blood and having no third party insurance for his vehicle on December 5 last year.
He was fined a total of £660 plus costs of £85 and a £66 victim services surcharge.
