A 40-year-old Coleford man who refused to provide a drink-drive breath test to police has been banned from driving for three years and ordered to pay £369 in fines, costs and surcharges.
At Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court, David Shurmer of Spout Lane admitted that on November 21 that at Gloucester when required to provide a breath test he failed without reasonable excuse to do so.
The magistrates banned him from driving for 36 months, fined him £250 and ordered him to pay costs of £85 and a victim services surcharge of £34.
