DRIVING without insurance has led to a 35 year-old Bream man being ordered to pay £811 in fines, costs and surcharges.
Cheltenham magistrates ruled on January 4 that Gordon Milne of Bakery Mews, Bream, had driven a Citroen on the A40 at Over without third party insurance on June last year.
The case was found 27 proved under the single justice procedure.
He was fined £660 plus £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge and the magistrates endorsed his licence with six penalty points.
