POLICE and Crime Commissioner Martin Surl says there is an ‘urgent’ need for a new criminal justice centre in Gloucestershire.

A report commissioned by Mr Surl found the county’s court facilities to be ‘demeaning’, ‘inaccessible’ and ’substandard’.
