Entrepreneur and dad Neill Ricketts has hit out at the police and Royal Mail for not stopping postal scammers when they had the chance.

The father-of-five from Littledean was left penniless when fraudsters stopped his mail at the Cinderford sorting office, later collected it and used freshly requested bank cards to empty his account.
