CAN I bring to your attention on behalf of my mum the disgraceful and disgusting state of the public loos in the Coleford area. I was under the impression that money had been set aside to clean them up on a regular basis, well to my horror I was confronted with all manner of things on the wall and on the toilet seat itself.
If the service is not improved at least they ought to keep an eye on it and clean them once a day at least. On this occasion they looked like they had not been touched since the council supposedly upgraded them last summer. At the end of the day mum pays her taxes like everyone else and should be able to use these facilities in comfort and not be confronted by what she saw.
