THE Midcounties Co-operative Ltd says it might quit Cinderford, if Asda is granted planning permission to open a store as part of the Northern Quarter regeneration. The statement was made by the Midcounties Co-operative Ltd at a High Court hearing in London last week, in which Judge Mrs Justice Lang ruled that Midcounties Co-operative had an 'arguable case' - allowing them to bring a second judicial review challenge.
