MIDCOUNTIES Co-operative have asked to challenge the latest planning decision for a new Asda supermarket in Cinderford. In the latest in the long running saga Midcounties Co-operative asked for the second application to be considered in a judicial review. It is only at that time, when judgment is handed down that it will be possible to establish whether there were any errors in the decision making process.
