AS an older member (both in age and service) of Lydney Golf Club I want to thank most sincerely all those who have worked so hard and in any capacity on our new course and clubhouse.
Honestly, it is fabulous and will be a match for any others.
I only wish that I could have done more myself but unfortunately circumstances on two sides have prevented me.
Over the last few years we have lost some of our members due to a certain amount of uncertainty, so we could do with some new blood.
If anyone, either new or returning oldies, would like any information about our Members' Club I am sure that our membership secretary (01594 829577) would be more than pleased to help.
