A 30-year-old Cinderford man seen using a hand held mobile phone while driving a Ford Transit van in Cheltenham has been banned from the roads for six months and ordered to pay £398 fines, costs and surcharge.
Jonathan Adams of Linegar Wood Road, Cinderford, was convicted by Cheltenham Magistrates of committing the offence in Lansdown rd, Cheltenham, on Feb 6th this year.
The court said the six month driving ban was obligatory because of his ‘repeat offending.’
