A 32-year-old Cinderford man who drove without third party insurance has been banned from the roads for six months and ordered to pay £1,014 in fines, costs and surcharges.
Gregg Wicks of Victoria Street was convicted at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court of driving a Ford Fiesta in High Street, Cinderford, on October 15 last year without legally required insurance.
He was disqualified from driving for six months because of ‘repeat offending,’ the court said.
