A CINDERFORD has been ordered to pay £1,014 in fines, costs and surcharges and has also had six penalty points endorsed on his driving licence for using a Mini without third party insurance.

Richard Delrosa, 45, of High Street, Cinderford, was convicted at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court of driving the silver Mini One on Valley Road on June 24 this year without insurance cover in force.

The magistrates fined him £660 plus costs of £90 and a victim services surcharge of £264.
