A 19-year-old Cinderford man has been banned from driving for six months after he failed to tell the police who was at the wheel of a car that was involved in an alleged traffic offence.
Blaine Willetts of Meadow Road was convicted by Cheltenham magistrates of failing to give information identifying the driver of a Ford Fiesta on January 12 this year.
He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £110 costs and a £66 surcharge.
The magistrates said a six months disqualification was obligatory due to his repeat offending.
