A GOVERNMENT Minister has admitted the ‘Chepstow could do with a bypass’ after it was likened to a third-world city on the daily rush hours.
And, while the Monmouth MP David Davies has urged councils on either side of the England-Wales border to build a bypass soon, Forest of Dean District Council leader Tim Gwilliam has said their door is open for talks.
