BROADWELL Reserves were good value for their 3-1 win at Newnham United in the Premier Division.

Liam Marley put Broadwell in front, heading home an Andy Griffiths cross. Newnham's young side never gave up, putting pressure on Delaney and Stanyer in the centre of the Broadwell defence.

As Newnham tired, Rob Smith and Chris Powell gained control of the midfield.

Rob Merry netted two close range efforts to wrap things up for Broadwell. Alan McNeil replied with Newnham's goal 10 minutes from the end.

Scott Burrows had another commanding game for the victors.

Marc Matthews scored twice for Huntley, but efforts from Simon Gwilliam, Tom Phillips and Anthony Philpotts provided English Bicknor with a 3-2 away win.

Paul Crook struck both goals for Woolaston in their 2-1 success at nearby Tidenham. Marc Murphy was Tidenham's goal-getter.

In Division One, Redbrook Rovers beat Lydbrook Athletic Reserves 5-3 with strikes from Dean Tyler, Gareth Ball, Tom Wareham, Kurt Pearce and Tom Maxted.

Richard Creed (2) and Adam Lambert replied for Lydbrook.

Dave Childs (2) and Chris Addis fired Ellwood Reserves to a 3-2 triumph at Blakeney. Mike Bailey and Ryan Smith netted for the home side.

DIVISION one Bream knocked North Glos Premier Division Westbury United out of the cup in Saturday's third round match.

Bream won 4-3 after extra-time with goals from Dave Jenkins (2), Rob Thomas and Ryan Callow.

Luke Quinton and John Westby added to an own-goal for Westbury.

Daryl Bayliss fired two second-half goals to give Newent Town a 2-1 win over Staunton & Corse.

The visitors led at the break through Jamie Bubb.
