AFTER three-and-a-half months in a Salisbury rehabilitation unit, James Duff is coming to terms with his new life.

James, 25, from Cinderford, is unable to walk following a motorcycling accident last year.

He came off his bike in the woods last June and needed an air ambulance to help him. His injuries have left him in a wheelchair.

Now, he's settling into life in his new bungalow in Cinderford and despite his ordeal, James is determined to help the Great Western Air Ambulance Charity.
