A STEERING group is to be set up in a bid to save Cinderford' s Miners' Welfare Hall from closure.
More than 150 residents packed into the skittle alley for a crisis meeting, which saw heated exchanges on Tuesday night.
The hall is currently battling £70,000 debts – not helped by an archaic heating system which drains its funds.
