THE OWNER of a popular Turkish barbershop has been told to think again over plans to upgrade his shop front.

Mr Mehmet Aksahin, who owns Hair Force-1 on St John’s Street in Coleford, had applied for planning permission to remove ‘rotten’ wooden first and second floor windows and replace them with uPVC frames.
