POLICE investigating a fire in Cinderford overnight are appealing for information from the public to help establish what caused it.
The fire broke out in the former Wilce’s carpet store, a derelict building next to the Lidl store, in High Street and was reported just before 12.30am on September 29.
No-one was injured, but parts of the building have collapsed leaving debris across nearby roads.
The fire is being treated as unexplained at this time and officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area or has any information which would help them with their enquiries.
