A 22-year-old Longhope man and a 25-year-old man from Gloucester were arrested in connection with the theft of a golf buggy from Cheltenham Racecourse and driving it whilst drunk.

The incident happened on Pittville Street in Cheltenham at around 9.20pm on March 16.

They have been bailed until Monday 18 April pending further enquiries.
