A 63-year-old Sedbury man who supplied cannabis and amphetamine – and allowed his home to be used for drug dealing – has been plac ed on a 12 month community order with rehabilitation requirements.
Stephen Davis of Denmark Drive, Sedbury, was also ordered by Cheltenham Magistrates to pay £279 in fines, costs and surcharges.
At Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court, he indicated guilty pleas to supplying an unknown person with amphetamine at his home address on or before August 16 last year, knowingly permitting or suffering his home to be used for the supply of cannabis, and supplying cannabis in Chepstow, also on the same date.
As part of the community order he must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activities.
A set of scales and 135 grams of cannabis were ordered to be destroyed but the magistrates agreed that two mobile phones be returned to the defendant with encrypted messages wiped off.
