UNION officials will be meeting managers on Monday in a bid to keep Ribena and Lucozade in the Forest of Dean.
GlaxoSmithKline says there has been widespread interest in buying the iconic brands, said to be worth £766 million.
But a possible sale puts a question mark over more than 400 jobs at the Coleford plant, which makes and bottles the drinks.
Civic leaders and traders say it would be a disaster for the Forest if Ribena or Lucozade moved out.
Union Unite and bosses are due to discuss the strategic review which GSK claim is designed to ensure continued growth.
